Susie Kaye

HR & EMPLOYMENT LAW

Susie has worked in the field of HR and Employment law for over 20 years. Her first degree was in Psychology and she then trained and worked as a Personnel Manager with Marks and Spencer Plc. Whilst completing an MA in Human Resource Management, Susie moved to the City where she worked as a Senior HR Manager and then as Head of HR Services for law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. She also completed a postgraduate qualification in Employment law.

Susie drafts and advises on contracts of employment, staff handbooks and settlement agreements. She also advises on all employment issues including restructuring and redundancies.

In her spare time Susie enjoys sport, particularly swimming and cycling, as well as theatre and cinema and watching her daughters play football.
